Momos of Tibet creates fresh made from scratch Tibetan wheat dumplings called a Momo. The dough is hand formed and filled with a variety of freshly cooked vegan, vegetarian made with fresh veggies and different cheeses and an natural, non-GMO meats; beef, chicken, pork or sausage then filled with seasonal vegetables and spices. The dumplings are steamed and lightly pan-fried for crispness.
We were delighted to attend the festival in 2017, but due to the birth of our wonderful daughter, in 2018, we could not attend. We look forward to seeing everyone again at this great event, on Sunday, September 15, 2019!
