A MoMo is a traditional Tibetan dumpling handed down by word of mouth. It is a wheat dumpling that is handmade using fresh natural non-GMO flour and
made in combinations of vegan, vegetarian and meat dumplings. The dumplings are made with healthy fresh vegetables, cheeses, slow-cooked meats and
unique spices. Then folded into a freshly made dough, steamed, cooled and lightly pan-fried. Our MoMos are unique in that we infused our original recipe
to create a delicious Tibetan/American dumpling.
